I really wrote a book  about my dog. Like most books, I am writing it over, and have been inspired to write it in her voice, not mine. I am amazed at our level of communication, and what I could not say in my voice, I can say in her voice. She communicated with me in wonderful ways, and I am convinced that what I say in her book will be true to what she would have said about me. Not all of it was good. She was not always happy with me, and many times she was right. In retrospect, I wish I had listened to her more often. #lucyforever
